Changing or canceling an order
How to modify or cancel before your order ships.
Because we process orders quickly, there is a short window to make changes or cancel. If you need to update your shipping address, swap a product, or cancel entirely, contact us at care@organicaliving.com as soon as possible and include your order number in the subject line.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier we are unable to intercept it. If it has already shipped, please see our returns policy for next steps after delivery.
