Take 1 strawberry gummy daily. Contains L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate (bioactive folate), Choline, and 260mg Omega-3 DHA. Consult your healthcare provider before and during use.

Take the directed serving 30–60 minutes before bedtime. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after taking.
