Skipping, pausing, or canceling
You are never locked in — manage your subscription any time from your account.
You have full control over your subscription with no cancellation fees or penalties. All changes can be made from the Subscriptions section of your account dashboard.
- Sign in to your account at organicaliving.com.
- Go to My Account → Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to manage.
- Choose 'Skip next order', 'Pause', or 'Cancel' and confirm your selection.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. If you miss that window, the order will process normally and you can return it under our standard returns policy.
