Received a damaged or wrong item?

What to do if your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong product.

We are sorry about that — it should not happen, and we will fix it promptly. Please email care@organicaliving.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage or the wrong item.

We will either reship the correct item at no charge or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not need to return a damaged product.
