Our return policy
What is covered, what is not, and the time window for returns.
We want you to be completely satisfied with every order. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in original packaging (opened only if defective or damaged). For hygiene reasons, opened products may only be returned if they are defective or damaged.
Subscription orders follow the same policy. If you forgot to skip and received an unwanted renewal, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
