How to start a return

1. Email care@organicaliving.com with subject line 'Return Request — Order #[your order number]'.
2. Include your reason for returning and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
4. Pack the item securely and attach the return label (or ship to the address provided).
5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement.

Please do not ship items back before receiving return authorization — unrequested returns cannot be tracked and may be lost.
